Definitions and Parties Involved

In this document, "Platform" refers to the boss188 website accessible at boss188.one together with all services, games and products offered under the same brand. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account or used any service provided by the Platform. "Company" refers to the operator of the boss188 Platform operating under international licensing.

"Terms" refers to this entire terms and conditions document, including any updates or amendments made from time to time. "Transaction" covers deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers and any exchange of financial value within the Platform. Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the boss188 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The Company supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected method and verification approval.

Users agree that all deposited funds are intended for betting activities on the Platform only. boss188 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers. Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that have received written approval from the Company.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

boss188 offers various promotions to registered members, including a welcome bonus for new members. The welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal is allowed.

As a calculation example: if a user deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM120, making the total balance RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800. If a user deposits RM2,600, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is received, the balance becomes RM4,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

All bonuses are subject to specific usage conditions and may vary depending on the type of promotion. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraud, system exploitation or violations of the terms will be cancelled immediately.

Game Rules and Betting

The boss188 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, baccarat, sports betting and esports. Each game and category has its own specific rules that users must follow.

The results of all games are final once a round or bet has been completed. The Company will not accept any appeals or disputes against results that have been recorded in the system unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified. Account Suspension, Restriction and Termination

boss188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, violation of these terms, requests from law enforcement agencies, or at the Company's absolute discretion for any reason deemed necessary.

In cases of account termination due to fraud or serious violations, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account including any pending withdrawals. In cases of temporary suspension, access to the account will be restored once the investigation is concluded and the user is found to be not at fault.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account by contacting customer support. Before the account is closed, all active conditions including bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled or cancelled at the Company's discretion.

User Responsibilities and Liability Limitations

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on the boss188 website with a clear effective date. Should there be any discrepancy between the Malay language version and versions in other languages, the Malay language version shall take precedence and be binding.

These terms and conditions are governed by laws consistent with the international licence held by the Company. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will first be resolved through the Company's internal procedures before being referred to the appropriate resolution body.
